I spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding initiative for a dual listed company (ASX & NASDAQ), orchestrating its successful transition towards a fresh identity. This encompassed an array of tasks, from meticulously conducting thorough customer and market research to formulating compelling messaging and developing brand guidelines. My role extended to crafting innovative collateral designs and project managing various community relations focused initiatives.
As part of an overarching content strategy, I conceptualized and executed a diverse range of media including engaging videos, captivating photos, and visually appealing graphics, all seamlessly integrated into a website design that prioritized top-notch user experience (UX/UI).
Through the implementation of a meticulously crafted social media strategy, I played a pivotal role in driving remarkable upswings in engagement across Facebook and LinkedIn. I also orchestrated the launch of various newsletter campaigns.
I assisted in securing coveted placements and bookings various podcasts, compelling op-ed features in prestigious publications such as The Hill, and extensive coverage in major and trade publications.
I led a sustainable branded collateral campaign for conferences, events, and employees. This sustainability ethos translated into design, where I revitalized our Tennessee office exterior and revamped mineral extraction facilities, aligning aesthetics with eco-consciousness. In addition to this, I also designed the packaging for various products ensuring they met the strict guidelines set by various regulatory offices.
This multifaceted endeavor required the coordination and management of a dynamic team composed of four adept contractors, a dedicated full-time employee, and the oversight of two agencies. This collaborative synergy was essential in not only achieving but surpassing our objectives.
