As the Marketing Lead at IperionX, I've orchestrated a complete rebranding for a dual listed (ASX and NASDAQ) startup company, from customer research to messaging and branding guidelines. Crafting engaging content strategies, I boosted website traffic 400x. Launching impactful newsletters led to a subscription growth, and I assisted with securing placements in top podcasts, op-eds, and major publications. Furthermore, I also led efforts for community focused programs such as a children's book, scholarship programs and a company-sponsored honey bee program.

My achievements included orchestrating successful Latin digital editorial and PR campaigns, exceeding target goals by 127% with 44MM impressions. I played a pivotal role in the introduction of pop-rock band DVICIO in the US, boosting their social media following by 1MM, securing a Latin Grammy nomination, and achieving two Billboard top-10 placements. Additionally, I managed several product placements in music videos, one being a collaboration between with Ricky Martin and Kia Motors for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, generating over 73 million YouTube streams. My experience at Sony Music exemplified my prowess in partnership management, strategic campaigns, and creating impactful connections within the music industry.
